I was about halfway through NG+++ before Witcher 3 came out.

I'm about half way through + it was noticeably tougher at first but u get so many blood echoes you don't even need to try to level up, I leveled up from a high 80 to 100 in a hour, just playing.

The game is tougher when you first boot it up as the game goes on it gets easier. Even the bosses got easier

Well, it is a skill based game, so it stands to reason that things will get easier the more skilled you become. Then you add on to that that you can level up pretty easy.

Just started playing again. Had to start over from scratch on a NG+ game at level 60. So I've got to actually get to the world change before I can even play the DLC.
