even without stolen bankai the qunicies still have their initial powers plus the blut plus their ultimate forms. stealing bankai was just to mind fuck the shinigami in the first place and was never meant to be the ultimate power boost for quincies. it exposed a weakness in the shinigami captains that they are not all around proficient in their own abilities. For example when hatshwald asked nano did the captians know kido like she did. This will really change how soul society picks their officers because they need more balanced shinigami as ranked officers. Byakuya is one of the most balanced fighters in the manga and still got his ass handed to him. This speaks volumes. Sometimes winning the psychological war is better than winning the physical one. Bankai stealing is just mind fuckery

i dont think the quincies are done. I never liked the fact that ichigo and renji and a couple of others werent proficient in kido either. u shouldnt even get to be a captain without being strong as fuck like kenpachi and deadly with the kido like rukia. Thats y aizen shitted on everyone.
