There are many things key to a black man's survival. The major key will be his mind and how he perceives the world around him. He must be able to see the world for what it is.
It takes a leader who will be able to identify with each and every black person. We got alot of black folks who look down on other black folks. And that leader has to be able to set a fire in men's and women's souls. Not only is he book smart but he needs to be street smart as well. Have a good temperament. Know how to discern the true nature of men who come before him. Able to look into someone and pull out the very best of them that they cannot even see within themselves. A man with a vision. A unrelenting passion to set things back into proper order. Able to carry himself honorably, for the whole world and his followers will be watching him. A just man. A man of distinction. Its hard to find leaders who possess these qualities. Most get into the position of power and automatically abuse it. The leader cannot fall to the seduction of power. His goals must be clear and distinct.
bruh...very well thought out post....
but...
we need to stop waiting on some 'savior' leader to come save us...fuck all that...each and every one of us can be leaders...start at home....then volunteer etc what have you.....
