How to weigh information, so if you are mistreated in a nation and your people are suffering, logic will be even if there are a handful of you, they could send you down there with the rest of your people if they desire so. So it's best to stick with your people to raise them up. So in reality people are trained, but not scientifically nor politically knowledgeable.
Even so we need to be all autodidacts such as Dr. Carter G Woodson and then cultural understanding will arise out of that.
A mix from both DuBois and Booker T Washington ideas and concepts, but proper education is very needed. A people not educated on who they are and not educated of the position that they are in how will they truly understand why they need to build their own hospitals, schools, businesses, fund and research scientific understand, why they need ties with the diaspora and continent of Africa, to invest their money, to own land, to build their communities. You can tell a man he needs to stick with his own and build his own stuff and teach him some skills, but if he is not truly educated and self actualize to realize why we need to do this, then he'll slowly go back and give europeans his tools and skills.

Both black men and women can be self destructive at a certain point in life you have to start taking responsibilities for your actions, but we didn't come in the world with all of this information and knowledge but this is when our wills should speak when we see people in better situations to come out of ours.
black people always love to ignore the obvious to fixing the community as a whole, if black women as a collective started valuing themselves more and choosing better men to lay with, the impact of that alone would be greater than any other bullshit we'd waste our time trying to implement

I didn't write the article @konceptjones just simply posted it and I already said I'm not in agreement with this article.
Black women are not a protected class. Anyone can do whatever they want to Black women and no repercussions would be manifested. Take note of Rick Ross losing his Reebok endorsement deal due to white women. The problem is Black men lack accountability, they lack fathers. Fathers who can teach them how to be men. Not men in the sense of learning how to dribble a ball, or to catch one. But one to teach them how to be providers, protectors, how to plant seeds, how to build wealth, and essentially self-perservance. Black men in the western world prefer to blame everyone for the issues they face in life, but themselves. If it's not the fault of some white man dictating black behavior with some strings like a puppet, its then the fault of the black woman.
As I said before, the black community, and black family were destroyed due to the extra role the black woman had to play, as black men were denied resources to take care of their family by the system. Which caused many black women to work, usually for white women, which caused them to be the providers of their homes. Where the system created a paradigm, which did not manifest into giving black men their equal rights as men. Such as access to the G.I Bill, Homestead Bill, Social Security, educational grants etc, which white men were given access too, which built the current white middle class. Which could have taken black people out of poverty generations ago. This caused many black women to not look at their spouses as men, as they did not provide for their families. And cause black men to rebel against black women for their lack of advancement in the society, because they were the easiest to attack, because who is their to defend black women at the end of the day? While truth be told, it was white supremacy which projected all of this confusion. So instead of fighting the system of white supremacy many black men fought and blamed black women for their problems, which cause many black women to accept governmental assistance, as it provided more resources than what their men provided their households, so such created a generational system of dependence on the system.
Black men blaming feminism is a moot-poot. Due to the fact that Black male patriarchy is a failure. Don't believe me, look at Jamaica; its in shambles. Their system is not working, but its the same people from such places who blame black feminism. As much as Black men claim to hate feminism, most of you all compare your relationships to the white man. Whatever problems he has in his community you all make your problems, and project that on to the women of your race. You all complain about feminism and Black women... yet you all idolize white women, and marry white feminist.
Personally, I'm Black and I'm a woman in a white mans world; thats 2 strikes against me. I have face racism and sexism from non-black men, and have faced internalized-racism, sexism, and colorism from Black men. Logically, their is little to no difference between the two in their treatment of Black women.
