the bail industry is so fucked up people don't even realize it....
i dont have all the specs, but i read something recently that was talking about the overall low quality in jails and how most people who are locked up don't even have the means to make bail....but they leave them over there as long as possible in hopes that somehow their loved ones place themselves in even further debt and poverty to save them from that shit..
most niggaz in jail would much rather their trial just come so they can go to prison, cuz the jails are over crowded, dirty as fuck, and it's much more likely to get beat, hurt or even lose your life in a jail versus a prison...
people who aren't living in poverty often think its so easy to make bail.....but in many cases that's like me coming to you and say, "bruh give me a million dollars by friday and 'll give you back 10 million the following week"
that doesn't mean shit to you if you don' have a million dollars or anyway to even get the million dollars....
basically them jails be a death sentence for a lotta people...and this isn't always violent or devious crimes... dude stole a guitar....some people go to jail for a $10 bag of weed, and even smaller shit than that.....you can go to jail bcuz you licence was expired.....you never really know.....and if your people don't have the means to bail you out... something as simple as an argument with your girlfriend and her getting mad and say you hit her could end up being you dying in jail cuz no one could get up the bail money.....

I been locked up there plenty of times and its true. Shit is just a zoo to keep animals in only white people you will see is lawyers and judges laughing at all the negroes and latinos that they either make bread off of or give them time. The american justice system is a joke because a third of folks werent even committing a true "crime" other than multiple bs violations piling up over time like driving your ass back and forth to work with no license just so you can pay court fees and surcharge fees smh

. Another man in the Harris County Jail was arrested because he spent too much time visiting with his children during his scheduled visitation. Three days later officers in riot gear invaded his cell and smothered him to death after accusing him of creating a weapon from a smoke detector.
You know some no good hoe called the cops and cheered as he was handcuffed in front of his kids for spending too much time with them...and fucjing cops actually arresting people for this shit...
