Knowing what I know today I can't call it and I really don't care to either. There's absolutely no way to know. That would actually be the correct answer. We create "thirst" due to our puritanical laws. We create "thirst" due to our views of the naked human body. Only in America is it perfectly fine for a child to view violence on TV or in movies but so much as single nipple on TV during a halftime show would draw the ire of the nation and millions in fines.

Something like the shit thic chick did in this video would have gotten little traction in countries where nudity isn't taboo like it is here in America. In many European countries going to the beach means seeing partially of fully nude people all around you. In Germany you're likely to see a naked man or woman strolling around or riding a bike with no fucks given. It's commonplace for regular broadcast TV shows and even commercials to have nudity elsewhere in the world unlike in the US. Many of my friends and just people I've known in college from places like Cyprus, Germany, UK, Finland, and Sweden were so used to nudity in their homes and whatnot that they found it weird how we stigmatize it. Chick I knew from Cyprus was reprimanded by her RA because her American roommate and suite mates complained about her being naked all the time. A cat I knew from Flint played sax in school and got sponsored to play with his school's Jazz band across Europe through an exchange program, staying with a family in each country. Dude told me that in most of those homes at least one person would walk around naked (usually the mother) and nobody so much as batted an eyelash at it. In Canada it's perfectly legal for a woman to be topless in public, but in America it's a criminal act in the vast majority of the country. In Windsor, Ontario the women you see topless at night are typically Americans who come over from the Detroit side of the river to go to the clubs there and do it for the thrill of doing something that could get you in trouble back home.
