So, we are going to big up Bill Maher. While we got Black men shitting on Dr. Umar.

And we wonder why.

This dude aint saying shit profound.

If it aint white it aint right. If, it's Black get back.

not bigging him up, its just the first time that a White guy with a dose of sense spoke about this shit on primetime TV to white people. we already know the narrative. and its not just what he said, its how he said it. he said it in a way they can't deny the logic, you can't even pull a "what about black on black crime" with what he said to them. good to see these CACs get a taste of reality. time to wake up

I get what you trying to say but they do exactly the bold every got damn day. They deny logic and no matter how blatant the crime committed against a black person is they push the narrative back to what about black on black crime.

This is what they have done and continue to do. I can't tell the future but I am willing to bet that they will do the exact same in the future.

Maher's answers wasn't even what Colbert wanted to hear IMO. So to me there are many who will continue to deny the logic and say what about black on black crime because they don't want to face the truth and more importantly they don't care cause its not affecting them.

Bill been that dude. He always keeps it 100 regardless of the topic or who it might offend. He does not pander or play to a base.

What he said is right tho. You cant keep killin ppl live on TV, n be surprised when ppl finally start bussin back.

Jus like Malcolm said "chickens comin home to roost..."

Bill Maher has always been real and unfiltered as phuck! He will call people on their bs.His show is dope IMO.

i honestly expect that kinda conversation from those 2.......

the sad part is that because they're comedians first, people try to not take them seriously

Bill maher is right, and obama has not done anything to bring about federal base lines for police interactions with civilians in this country. I dont care what he needed to do, he needed to do something. We cant just have each state willy nilly deciding how police function in society. Thats fucking stupid.

Every interaction should have a recorded beginning and end with body cams and car cams, with audio too. All officers should have to take mandatory legal refresher courses for a week, 6 hours a day, twice a year. You dont get to walk around policing america, and you dont know your own states law, or federal protections of citizens under the constitution.

Also, a more thorough DOJ probe into making sure ZERO, ZERO fucking quota systems, incentive systems exist in any department in the United States of America. This has been complained about for decades, and nothing done. There is also needs to be a better standard of how raids are done, so we dont have another situation where a little kids face gets blown half off by a bunked raid.

Decriminalizing weed would have taken billions from criminals, reduced unnecessary arrest for non violent crimes such as marijuana possession, which makes up the majority of non violent crimes people are charged with in this country, and unfortunately affects black men more than any other group of people in america.

Obama has done nothing!! NOTHING, for the American people when it comes to any of the above i typed, because hes a dick sucking piece of shit, coward, and now two new idiotic cowards are about to run for presidency. FANTASTIC!

Oh, and also, Obama needed to do something about the conflict of interest in police investigations. You cant have the D.A who represents the people, also represent cops. You cant have all this mish mash of conflict of interest in internal investigations.

The police shouldnt even be allowed to handle evidence. That should go to a third party controlled by a local federal police office, so there arent any good ole boy accidents in evidence.

I dont trust humans, but i definitely dont trust them when they can easily abuse the system for their own benefit. At least make that process harder. Where someone can get more easily caught, because they'd have to be super dedicated to even bypass the system at hand.

@Fosheezy

Why not?

I respect it but disagree with his religious views in general. I'm Christian and Bible student

you can disagree all you want but to not take his views seriously is just choosing what you want to hear. I know its hard to hear anything that goes against what you've been taught you're whole life but you should absolutely take it seriously. Might learn something that your bible wont teach you.

I don't always agree with him (though I have agreed with him more often than not) but always respect his eloquence. This is one moment where he is right on the money. Gotta share this clip with some peeps.

I know what you mean, but i had to laugh bc its sounds like some "G, thanks Obama! " shit

That conflict of interest has been in play LONG before Obama. And there is probably no getting around it. Its like getting mad that lawyers and judges both work under he same umbrella.

They just gotta enforce the checks n balances in place and actually create some pressure to force prosecutions

They can do some things about it though. All these states rely heavily on federal funding for varying programs. Its not just all local state tax that is paying for everything in these states. Especially not the poor, run down states.

He has to man up, and say look, we're going to halt federal funding to every single state for this this and that, or just this, if you do not all agree to said laid out terms. Well, granted he has to get congress behind him also. But for common sense stuff, this shouldnt be hard. This isnt a topic of abortion, gun control, or legalizing weed. Its simple basic base line for officers in america.

He who controls the money, controls everything. Congress and the President are one part of the money flow in this country, so if you have to stranglehold states on federal funding just to get them to play ball, then it is what it is.
