If you fucked wit Krit Wuz Here or Return of 4eva, it's pretty much the same amount of tracks on this album as it was on them mixtapes. He just split em this time.

Yeah, didn't really care for the length of those either. Sometimes less is more. IMO anyway.

Like revolver just said, I’m used to getting long albums/tapes from Krit. It seems he just has two different themes this time. What does he have to lose at this point? He’s not cracking into the mainstream with the type of music he makes. Might as well do things exactly how you want to do, especially being independent. If his album quality is on par or better than Underground Kings I’m good with that. Speaking of, I can’t wait to hear what he did with Bun’s album too since he produced on and Ep’d his new album.

Yea, I'm hoping Bun drops that project this year. I'm expecting Bernard to be a cold piece of work.

Krit 2 albums are the only physical copies of a CD I've bought in nearly 10 years. Definitely will keep supporting him on this project

It wasn't great. Had some good songs on it, I bought it n supported the nigga...but that's what i notice with krit..his albums lack something overall, Im not sure what it is. I love his music though, dude got classic songs imo

What it might lack for you is the fact his albums are not just like his mixtapes!

The biggest factor in that is the fact that he couldn't get a lot of samples cleared, which we know is a staple of his production. That takesaway/affects your listening experience due to what your accustomed too from him.

Also, he prolly made a conscious decision (more so due to the label) to make a couple more radio friendly jawnts, which could have come across a lil' forced and that usually doesn't reach desired results.

I don't know how old you are, but when that shit came out, it had an impact like no other. Nikkas rode that album out for damn near 2 years straight, no hyperbole!
