I can't lie, for me a lot of that understanding came from experience. Some come with age. I think most people tend to get a new understanding and maturity when approaching the 30's and when you cross over the 30 line.
Avoid porn. It will have a huge effect on the way you view women in general. That's one of the main things that make it hard to not look at any give attractive woman like a piece of steak while you simply walking around minding your business.
Avoid following instathots too. I mean if you insist on trapping yourself, looking like a groupie giving up power to complete strangers that don't even know you exist, then go all in. Be the best groupie you can be. But I think a lot of men is sleep, they don't understand what they doing, looking at all them photos and imagery is designed to make you desire something you shouldn't have, and the moment you do that, you giving up a piece of your freedom. You might as well bow down to them, that's your master, and you will do anything it take to have what you want if only the circumstance allowed it. I wouldn't be surprised if these women actually consciously aware they doing this. That's why brothers can't think straight now. Nothing wrong with following like 1 or 2 instawomen because you like they photos or whatever...that's understandable. But nigga don't need to be following double and triple digit amounts.
You have to learn to value Self-power over self-indulgence. The latter won't get you where you wanna be in the long run.
