Still goes to Snoop. His name is more iconic than rapper. He had probably the most anticipated hip hop album of all time...and he delivered. Lil Wayne was massively anticipated as well.....and we got Carter 3. See the huge difference??? Doggystyle is always mentioned amongst the greatest albums ever. Lil Wayne is getting worse as a rapper and hasn't come close to dropping a certified "classic".
