Schoolboys was a disappointment he could've came harder. The best tracks on his album already been out for months the rest are just fillers. Mastermind is dope it's what I expected from Ross. That track with kanye and big Sean about to kill the radio.

I'm definitely not the biggest Ross fan and even I can recognize how dope this album is. Schoolboy dropped a solid mainstream debut, but if I hafta choose I'm going with Ross' joint.

I bought Q and I'ma buy Ross. Time to support our own. Whitewashing is despicable and has no place in the genre.

I dont think Schoolboy Q is a better lyricist than Ross at all, he just has a wider range of subject matter.

I voted for Q

Both had lukewarm albums but Ross' lack of lyrical improvement once again gets overshadowed by flashy features and killer production. Q had a better album but the major criticism for his album was consistency. Each track felt different. Production was top notch and he has some GREAT songs on there but I felt it wasn't as consistent as Kendrick's album where he delivered a story, and everything tied in together. But at the same time it wasn't by any means a bad album I just had high expectations b/c of GKMC. Rick Ross on the other hand can't keep putting out albums like that without much improvement or risks otherwise he's going to fizzle out by album 8. Bad enough he doesn't sell well SMMFH.
