Budden is one of the deepest behind a mic, and he can spit that lyrical shit like crazy

Method Man on the other-hand, is also a gifted MC...Skills?(check), classic material?(check)

Plus he is a member of the Wu Tang Clan, not that that means everything, but it sure means a lot

Meth is IMO a personification of Hip Hop, That is, Hip Hop as I used to know it. (him and a few others btw)

From growing up with PE, LL, Dela, Run DMC etc etc (thank's to my older brother)

I found out about other dope artists mysef, like Pac, Big, Nas, Snoop, Meth(Wu), Jay

All Hip Hop Legends IMO. And yeah Budden (and SH) is dope, so is Kendrick Lamar (and BH)

But they ain't no legends in my book (yet), as much as I like their music and fully acknowledge their skills

Joe has a larger catalog of dope material than Meth at the end of the day, and it stands even taller because he had no one to share the load with him on most of it. Meth spit with one of the best groups in hip hop history and came up short by himself more often than not. Think about it: name a Method Man song beside Method Man where it's him by himself that you've got on loop somewhere. He's got dope/classic material, but it's usually him featuring someone else.

Crafting a gang of dope songs solo >>>> coming up with a hot 16.

If we were measuring better rapper based on spitting the hottest 16, Busta Rhymes would be the best rapper alive hands down. Can't do that though. Y'all would flag me for trolling if I said any Busta album was on Illmatic's level or All Eyez On Me or Ready to Die.

With that being said, Budden got this off the strength of full songs and albums (which I consider his mixtapes to be). If this is about preference of voice and all that, then it's whatever. Off pure quantitative data, though, he got this one easy.
