Busta Rhymes has some tight, legendary verses (e.g. Scenario) but he has a lot of verses where he's obviously on speed. Nobody can rap that fast without being on speed.

I can almost always hear what Raekwon is saying so I voted for him.

Raekwon makes better albums but Busta is probably a far more versatile MC. Raekwon is kind of the same on every song.
