Kobe was putting up MJ like numbers 2005-2008, but the Lakers were trash barely getting in the playoffs and getting beat in the first round so nobody really cared.

Kobe didn't make things any easier for himself, because he was fresh off his break up from Shaq and that rape case as well Kobe is very fortunate Jerry West gift wrapped him Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum developed into a serviceable center before he stopped giving a damn.

Those two years were he won titles as the alpha kinda solidified his legacy imo.

I cant front, i have both of them pretty even, even though kobe was slightly better........

i remember watching wade at one point and thinking this nigga look like he gonna be that next

nigga to give kobe problems, sorta like tmac was kinda doing when he was in his prime.........

kobe got the slight edge, but from 06 to 2010 i feel like they were kinda even

Im a huge wade fan but kobe had to to carry some bum ass teams in that time frame. And wade missed most of the 07-08 season and they only won 15 teams, while kobe was the mvp. Kobe was better, but not by much.

Why choose those specific years where Kobe won 2 rings and Wade didnt get out of the 1st round?

Either way, I give it to Kobe. He was playing some of the best team ball of his career (which isnt saying that much) and helped groom a perennial contender that took home 2 rings while Wade was dominating on a team in transition.

Kobe use to kill defenses getting double triple out to the 3 pt line and his bread and butter wasnt the high screen and role..

Wade was an exciting player though i know 04 aint listed but the heat that year were a great watch then

Actually in 06 Dwade won was finals MVP and averaged 37 or 35 in the finals and I think a damn near triple double. In 2009 or 2010 Dwade won the scoring title also.

I thought you were starting with 06-07. Not the calendar year 06.
