I dont know the specifics but Silkk rapped on a different beat count than the instrumental so he sounded "off....but after listening hes on a separate count than the instrumental

it depends on the beat and if the instrumental pattern is in that kick snare kick snare pattern 4/4 time signature.

so threadstarters question is kinda like asking who has the best flow in rap.....id say bonethugs and black hippy prob got the best flows

3/4 is a lil more unorthadox....an example of this would be kanye wests "spaceship":


or alchemist's "smile":


if you cant hear the difference, try to count "1, 2, 3, 4" in time with the beat, then try to count "1, 2, 3" in time and ask yourself which one fits better with the rhythm

Purely based on flow I would say Crooked I, Black Thought and Twista stand out. When they rhyme I can't tell if they're breathing because it's seamless with the music
