Migos use a triplet flow but yeah it's on beat in 4/4

Some people write a verse before they even hear the beat, which is why they sound so off sometimes. Silkk used to do this I believe, and I think Stalley does this a lot. It's not a good thing lol

I think Crooked I has one of the best flows ever when the time signature is 4/4
