Oh my god. I tried watching One Piece when it came on I think DisneyXD and I didn't really get into it.
I think Fullmetal Alchemist deserves a mention. I recently watched the entire original anime and its incredible, it leap frogged most of the stuff I mentioned. I haven't seen Brotherhood yet.

it was just a pretty good story line...
i liked the main character, and the fact that he actually got the girl without being on some girl phobia shit...
the action was good... the whole video game aspect of getting stronger and stronger....i liked thta the old villian became an ally... the new villian was ape shit...
plus i watched it str8 through...
shit watching naruto now i stop like 3-4 times an episode to post on here....but with SAO i watched that shit str8 through.....finished in less than a week here at work.... shit had me starting each new episode the second the old one finished....
the story telling was great...
