Spiderman can barely check villains that's only powers is to ride a flying scooter and throw exploding pumpkins or simply a dude having 4 extra robotic arms.. Bruce wins through vastly superior resources and intelligence. Parker ain't ready for that work ffs he can't even gather enough resources to move out of Aunt May's guest bedroom.

U do realize that the Green Goblin serum makes Osborn darn near as strong as Spiderman, right?

And u also should recall that The Hobgoblin was an actual demon at one point. But when human, damn near all of the people who donned the Hobgoblin gear piggybacked offa Osborn's Green Goblin technology and such pretty much.

Those exploding pumpkins are deadly as hell. They can kill, paralyze, blind, as well as explode with serious concussive force. As strong as Spiderman is, he still has to breathe and see to be effective.

who are you crapping? Peter Parker is not as intelligent as Bruce Wayne, this is common knowledge. plus he is one of the poorest characters in Marvel while Bruce is probably the richest character in the DCU.

Doc Ock expanded the company during his time as The Superior Spiderman and made that nigga even more money.
