If they basing it off just homeruns yeah . He kinda reminds me of Jim Thome terrible defense, hits for power to left, right,center, strikes out too much just like Thome eventually he'll be a DH but he wanna play the field too , whether it's in left field or first base he can't field his position. If he stays healthy and get his numbers up to where Thome will have 600 plus homers when he retire, and also play for a winning organization then I think he will be in that convo for The Hall.

SMH at a Career .250 Hitter with 1,614 Career Strikeouts and Counting being in the Hall Of Fame....

Dude is Gonna Eventually Reach 2,000 + Strikeouts when his Career is Over...if he plays 3 more years he'll def. reach that cuz she he strikes out 170+ times a year

Yeah you right with them RBI numbers and if Dunn get to 600 plus HR maybe he'll be in that discussion, I didn't say for sure though, because you never know with the BBWA with how they gonna vote on players to get in the Hall now with all this steroid shit out there. They might think he clean and classify Dunn as just a pure power hitter with Hall power numbers. I don't know his Sluggin % or OBP% but I know he draws alotta walks .But his K's will hurt his case.

Halladay: 2.44 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, 219 Ks, 21 wins, 9 CG and 4 SHO.

Wainwright: 2.42 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, 213 Ks, 20 wins, 5 CG and 5 SHO

Halladay has my vote, but this is very close. Doc has pitched 20 more innings, has a much higher K/BB ratio (7.1 vs 3.8), more CG's, more shutouts, and more strikeouts. Plus he also has a perfect game this season.

ofcourse he doesnt put up the offensive numbers that pujols does. but consistently at the top of the leauge in avg., hits..runs. not to mention his defensive abilities. hes pretty much a lock for gold glove every year in right.

yea but i think what he's saying tho is the Total package on Offense..., you cant throw out the other Offensive numbers, so nah i dont think anyone has done what pujols has done, u cant ignore stats....

AVG,OBP,HR's,RUN's Scored,RBI's,Slugging Percentage , 180+ Hits every year, Albert also has Never in his Career Struckout 100 times in a season, something almost unheard of for power hitters this day and age, Alberts Career Batting average is higher By 1 point , Pujols at .332, ichiro .331

also Ichiro For a Lead Off Hitter hardly ever has a Great On Base percentage , he's always in the 30's when it comes to On Base percentage, and Pujols 9 years out of 10 has always been in the 40 + percentage

Total Hits,AvG,and Steals is Where it Ends with Ichiro On Offense, Pujols Covers damn near everything except steals.

Congrats to the Reds for clinching the Central division. They have a solid young talented squad. Sadly i think they will get destroyed in the playoffs. The lack of 1-2 legit ace to lead them in the playoffs when rotations are shorten will be their downfall. It is cool to have great Starting pitching depth, but in the playoffs when starting pitching staffs are reduced to 3 most of the time, the Reds have one of the worst 3 man rotation among teams that will make it to the playoffs. I will still be rooting for u guys to make it out of the NL.
