nigga can be doing his thing over seas..in young justice, he was running weapons off of a small island he owned...wasn't even fucking with nobody....

but joker can't be out n about.....dude's a liability to everything and everyone around him....

This is a no brainer but if we're talking about prep, Joker will outsmart him and probably put laughing gas in his venom then pop that nigga.
