Then there's a problem with the system, and it needs to be socially labeled as such. I agree the cops are a gang, but we pay their salary, and the people have the power to force a change in the way these cops are lawfully allowed to react. The problem is, most people have your view on the whole thing on some ain't shit going to change, but fuck all that! They need to do their job, and stop taking the easy way out. This is people's lives they're dealing with.

If they can't handle it, they need to find a new line of work. If they're not getting paid enough, they need to find a new line of work. They're one of the only line of professionals that are allowed to get away with not acting right on the job.

Imagine if you found out a teacher was making fun of your kids, with the rest of her/his classmates. You would probably flip and turn that place upside down. Why? Because it's the fucking teacher! The one that's there to do a job. They don't get to act like regular people when on the job. That's like a customer service agent cursing a customer the fuck out, or knocking out a customer because they said something reckless. Is that accepted anywhere? HELL NO! So why is it accepted with the police, especially since they're dealing with people's lives?
