It is a grey line, but mostly my job is to act in the best interests of the owners. If I'm wondering if I can do something, I ask myself: "Would Grouchy be ok with this happening? If so, would he feel like it needed his approval?"
If I think he would be ok with it and wouldn't want to be bothered, I'll just do it. If not, I'll ask first.
jay, grouchy, myself and @Toddo are admins. There are various moderators whose usernames I don't recall offhand. Grouchy approved the list before we went live. It is basically whoever was a mod before minus a bunch of people. Not sure if that is how they're gunna keep it or if it is just temporary.
As for me, I'm here till I feel like I'm not needed. Once things settle down, I'll check back once a week or every few days. I'll probably set up a Feature Requests / Bug Reports category or something at that point.
EDIT: Sir Drafton is also an admin.
