That was corny

The interview was dope. Can't see the rest of them ASAP dudes blowing up tho. Rocky is the only decent one out of the crew. Ferg says some shit here and there, but not consistent enough to be noteworthy.

Listened again. This nigga Nazty was actually spittin' flames through the hole in his grill. Not mad at it.

lol what did he say that was flames lol foh ... hes like an honda civic with the baffle removed from the exhaust .... making all that noise going nowhere fast lol ... hes got energy i give him that ... but he needs to learn how to control and add some content to his lyrics .... dude was all over the place ... i think he spit 1 hot verse out of the multiple times he stepped up to the mic .....

Bruh.

Number 1. It was a freestyle. I'm not expecting a concise, subject based stream of content from an exercise like that. His second and fourth approach to the mic is what I'm highlighting. "Straight off the back dog, I'm Shaq strong, I'm breaking backboards ect." That was a very strong verse. "Aside from any guy, I slay with swords my dear lords, the souls of many... ect." Those were cool to me, especially in comparison to the regular wavy shit we hear from these Harlem niggas. Almost reminiscent of some old school Wu. Almost.

Second I respect your critique, but your comparing these young scraps to 10 year seasoned veterans from a battle era like Slaughterhouse and lashing at any positive comment about the presentation, and simultaneously putting TDE in the same boat as Slaughterhouse lyrically which I don't completely agree with. Your kinda comin' off as purposefully hatin'. TDE is not untouchable, and although the ASAP body of work has thus far not been nearly as strong lyrically as Kendrick and them, if this is a precursor to what we can expect, and they really are stepping their bars up, then shit can get interesting.

Edit: Let me clarify. Right now niggas is not fucking with TDE, but those verses from Naz were by no means average. If they stay on track with shit like that, then it will be another story.

"This aint no bitch ass boom bap " Bitch niggas wasnt even mentioned got offended " lol Rocky went in

Flex summed up my thoughts on hip hop music. Back then the dance records were treated differently than the music from the legit artists. Now these dance rap niggas are treated as legit artists.
