Now here's a percentage based on look:
Argentina is white.
Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela more mixed look and I'm being generous with putting Puerto Rico and Colombia as more mixed than white or black.
Mexico (had more blacks shipped there than any country in the world according to Henry Louis Gates: Black in Latin America), Ecuador Chile, Costa-Rica They just are damn indians with a look that sometimes goes more toward Black and equally towards white, but predominately an Indian look.
Panama, Brazil, Aruba, Belize(not really latin), Dominican Republic damn sure black with I'd say about 30% mixed look that could pass as white.

Brazil (although they speak portuguese is considered by many a latin country) had more black africans shipped there than America. So, according to numbers 4.9 million Africans were shipped to Brazil vs 600,000 (wikipedia info). I believe the numbers were closer to where Malcolm X put us, but the fact remains more were shipped to Brazil.

They're basically finding the reason why Indians don't show up so well (some do) in those tests is because the RED man isn't a race as previously thought. The RED man is a combination of the Yellow man and Black man getting together and creating the Indian.
So, the Indians throughout N.America, C.America and S.America were all black and then the Asians came as a result of that cold weather migrating from Russia into the America's and miscegenated with Blacks. Then thousands of years later Whites brought Blacks back to America and Blacks Re-miscegenated with the exact same race they had already miscegenated with except also adding Whites into the mix that raped us. So the Latino's are black all over or Black Indians with the exception of those who can claim white and some who are white.

On the Aruba kick, I can agree with you as far as it not being majority. I just went there 2 years ago and it did surprise me though how many were there. I went to their museum and it surprised me.
I know America set up military bases there and had a strong oil presence there for some years and this influenced their white and west european look. But since 1970 a ton of jamaicans and Dominicans went there.
The island is split in two. One side where its for the tourists and people who came there recently to live. That's white.

They hold their carnival every Wednesday and where the burlesque houses are and that's where I saw majority black. And nobody there is in poverty from the looks of it. You're either rich or living in a two bedroom house on the other side of the island.
Colombia: I have to remove them from being black. I made an accident on that, even though alot of blacks are there, I wouldn't say it's a black latin country by no means.
Other countries besides Latin America that I didn't think were black but surprised me: Fiji, Bermuda, Papua New Guinea, Maldives, Malaysia's Semang people which are the natives, and at 50% of Sri Lanka.
I try to back up what I say, so I found someone on youtube that taped what Aruba's natives looked like and I'll let you decide from looking at the host who's a native Aruban and the museum on if they are black or not.
Again, background info is Aruba was called the land of nothing and the native population was very small and fled the island when napoleon got there. So, to some extent, it's pretty hard to identify a true native since there in a sense aren't any.
But here's the museum and the black side I saw.
