Ah man definitely Lord finesse and Diamond D.

El-P's Ill sleep when your dead album wasnt very good imo, Most recent Jedi Mind tricks album got them cancelled off my list. was alright but didnt have a lot of replay value to me. Jus allah isnt as good as he used to be imo either.

Nice list man. Howd you feel about Ghostface's "Wizard of Poetry" album? the one with a lot of rnb influence? i thought it had some great songs on it but it didnt have a lot of replay value to me.

@loucypher

I was a huge Ras Kass fan in his early years but I'm not digging that new techno shit he is putting out now to try and cross over to the European market. I never thought I'd see the guy who did 'Nature of the Threat' spitting Flo-rida type lyrics over a dance beat...

Dr. Dre is washed up too. I hate to say it but when is the last time you heard a Dr. Dre beat or rhyme (yeah, I know he has ghostwriters) that really made you nod your head?

Master Ace is the artist I'm going to add.

He was dope back in the Marley Marl era and I recently heard some new stuff he did and he still is bringing that fire...

I havent really heard Ras' newest stuff. I thought ADIDAS was a solid project. And his official albums before that were atleast 3/5 for me.

For Dr. Dre i was going off of his 2 solo albums, Chronic and 2001. Guest features didnt effect my opinion on it. Shoulda made that clearer in the original post.

Co sign Masta ace tho, i love all of his albums.

Ras Kass has some new stuff that I was vibin' to, don't get me wrong.

But I can't co-sign this nonsense at all:

That album wasn't bad. Thats part of being an artist. Right after that joint he dropped Apollo Kids which was above average and grimey.

Co sign i think Wizard of poetry had a good amount of decent-good songs, it was just different style for ghost. He does at least one song with that kind of style on all of his recent albums tho, like fishscale had Back Like that. Following up with apollo kids was awesome tho i love that album

Ghostface has damn near the best discography of any artist in music according to my humble opinion. The only album I don't own of his is "The Wizard of Poetry" the only reason I don't have that is for the simple fact i really don't mess with a lot of newer R&B

Apollo Kids is a great album with a boat load of joints on there

After gettin the new album,

I gotta add Brother Ali to my List. Man has consistently dropped dope albums since starting up. Mourning in America does not disappoint at all. Yall go check that album out.

Black Milk is another cat who I can't think of that puts out too many wack projects. He works with a lot of cats which also helps keep his music solid to me.

Him and Jack White need to drop a full length album from the two joints i heard by them.
=related

ras kass new stuff is dope, i think hes back better than ever, his work with doc hollywood like 'spit no evil' is crazy dope, he went thru bad patch imo few years back, but since adidas hes been on point...
