I'm sure at the end of the season it'll all be synced back. I think it was a behind the scenes thing. Could be before he lost his powers or could be after he gets them back. I just liked the interaction between Laurel and Cisco though so I want to see his reaction.

they probably will do a brief crossover cameo for at least 5 minutes for each other on the last two episodes.. but looks like both Flash ,Green Arrow, and the legends team need to help each other take down Zoom, Dhark, and Vandal Savage on their respective shows since they all struggling to fight em
