When I saw that "not everybody makes it" part, 3 people came to mind. Laurel, Thea and Lance and maybe Moira. But I crossed out Thea and Moira because of the story line that was added with Malcolm. Laurel I think stays. Strong possibility it could be Lance.

Man if they even think about killing Diggle of Felicity its gonna be problems.

I also wonder if that's a shot back to the island with Shado and Slade. I mean the last we saw Slade "died". We haven't seen Shado in present time only in flashbacks.
