I don't understand cases like this..
For one, Legend brags about his sexual encounters and gifts he receives, he never once complained about being sexually assaulted or felt he was being taken advantage of.
It's far from being against his will, he obviously consented to the actions.
I don't understand how they determine when a teen is an adult and isn't. Only when it's convenient?
If this kid was to pick up a gun and pull the trigger, killing someone, they are likely to charge him as an adult. Here, he has the cognitive ability to determine 'right from wrong'.
But, if he consents to sex, he's too young and doesn't have the cognitive ability to determine 'right from wrong'?

The way they determine how things work is illogical. They work off taboos instead of actual "sciences".
