even though this post wreaks of mangina-ness I agree with you. I don't think women are the root of all evil. And I never reallly said that. The original thread was set up as a question. I think our desire for women is the root of all evil. Any man who says his actions arent influenced by his desire for the affection and attention of a women is lying to you and himself.

And as far as religion being used as a tool to discriminate against women, I agree. However I think that men are biologically suited to be leaders. It has been proven that women act on emotion and not logic. Women for the most part make decisions based on how they "feel" even if it may be irrational.

i said a womens affection and attention...not lust. All men....straight men atleast are influenced by women. Men will do what they have to do to make themselves more appealing to the opposite sex. Men want women. Men want sex. And men will do what they have to do to obtain it. Now when our desire for a women overrides all logic and we start doing dumb shit that sabotages the well being of ourselves and others......thats when it goes wrong.
All good leaders are suppose to disciplined and mentally tough. However these are characteristics that must be indoctrinated early.

No one is born into this world with discipline and mental toughness. Both qualities come through experience and teaching. However the ability to set aside emotions and operate through logic are attributed to men. Men orchestrate, build, destroy, and create all over again. This doesnt mean the role of a women is any less important. It just is what it is.

And yes sex is a great motivator. And theres nothing wrong with this. It's only natural. It isn't my only motivator however and certainly not the greatest.
