Overtime I have exercised self conditioning to choose apathy in situations that tug most people's heart strings...unless it's a situation involving someone close to me.

I ain't giving my energy into a lot of situations where assholes seek to feed on it. Some people in my life have called me cold hearted for it, but personally I rather manipulate myself into creating my best reality than allowing others to manipulate me (willingly or unwittingly) into creating a reality involving drawing bullshit energy into my life when I don't have to.

But with that said, if l love you imma ride for you and put action behind it (until u cross me) but for other people it's hard to give an actionable fuck.
