I'm only fluent in English. The most difficult thing about learning another language is that you need to be in a place or around people where the language is spoken. The mind retains useful information.

With all that said, I'm reasonably proficient in French, Brazilian Portuguese, & Haitian Kreyol. I used to be much better but since I don't have access to those speakers regularly, it's harder to retain than my English.

Where do you live? You can find many place in the us with creole and portuguese speakers (mainly east coast)

DC. I've met some Kreyol speakers here, but not too many Portuguese speakers. Many non-English speakers here speak Spanish.

American Sign Language.

I want to relearn Spanish. I was fluent as a child, my nana spoke to me in Spanish, the only one to teach me, and she ended up leaving for a few years due to some bullshit. I had no one to speak it to anymore so I lost it.

Spanish is easy as fuck to learn. It's actually much simpler than English
