If you get one, get a good quality juicer. Also i think your supposed to juice vegetables, not really Alot of fruit though because of all the sugar content.

I copped this Breville juicer from Best Buy the other day and made some Mean Green. It tastes a lot better than I was expecting it to.

Mean Green Juice

1 Bulk of kale

4 Stalks of celery

1 Cucumber

2 granny smith apples

½ lemon

Ginger root (thumb sized)

1 whole beet/leaf

1 container of blackberries

1 container of strawberries

5 whole carrots

kale greens

2 bananas

is what I had earlier, spiked my energy quicker than I expected....

well worth it, no plowing the vegetables and shit, all u do is drop them joints down the shoot and juicer does the rest, juice pours to the cup like a waterfall homie......

its also easy as fuck to assemble and clean.

I just watched a demo on it. Im impressed. Juicer separated the. Juice from the rind. But when there's juicers for 80 bucks on the market it's kind of hard to pay 320 more... even

though from the reviews this juicer is one of the best.

I've got a few friends that are doing this now and they went cheap to start and they recommended not to do it. They said go for a good one right off the bat as the cheap ones have trouble with leafy greens especially and they are a bitch to clean and all the extra work ends up discouraging you from doing it

@haute

get in here

i got a jack lalaine juicer .... it was a gift tho

i just never understood how to get the leaves thru. like if you put a big ass spinach leaf thru there aint no damn juice comin outta that

what bothers me the most about juicers is how much they waste

right now im fucking with smoothies

ice

fresh fruit

sugar in the raw (for some kinds)

then ill throw in baby carrots and other veggies accordingly

my juicer gets no burn right now

I dont have a juicer at home but I do love my smoothie each morning.

You can play around with diff ingredients and add/substitute.

This one I really enjoy....simple yet delicious

Raspberries and/or Strawberries

Baby spinach and/or kale

An orange

Dates

Almonds

A splash of water or coconut water

I like a slightly thicker consistency opposed to completely blended, i can really enjoy the pieces of dates and almonds better that way.
