Niggas listened hard to RAL, Suave, and the underground midwest (Top Authority) in VA before we listened to New York, though we had our favorites like Slick Rick, Moe Dee, LL, Kane, Special Ed, etc.

i remember my uncle stayed bumping that tape right there. that and royal flush stayed in his deck. my uncle lead me right to rap a lot when i was like 10 or 11 in the early 90's
