I remember I applied to Target when I was in high school looking for my first job. It wasn't really an application but questionnaire at those computer booth things. Asking questions like how often I think politicians lie, never understood what the hell that had to do with working there.

I worked there for awhile. I was a backroom team lead. I fuckin hated it. I'd have the backroom immaculate then planogram or the flow/sales floor people would bring back a gang of shit at the last minute and it would look like me and my team ain't do shit. Smh...

Plus, the peckerwoods in upper management don't have good social skills. They don't know how to talk to people. I was written up a couple of times for keepin it a buck, and not giving a damn. And the turnover rate is high because the pay sucks and morale is usually low.

I do agree that bad broads work and frequent there. However, that wasn't nearly enough to balance out the bullshit. Do yourself a favor and don't do it. If you're gonna do retail, look at Lowe's or Home Depot. At least the pay is better.

yeah worked there in end of 03/start of 04.. was leaving for the military and worked there about 6 months in the stockroom (i was like 19/20) man i LOVED that shit at the time. And cs anybody who says it be BITCHES in there.. man i fucked so many broads in my lil time there.. i got stories for daysssssss. the female/male ratio of the staff had to be 5/1 Easy.. and actually while im thinking about it probably was higher than that! first time i had grown women (coworkers) come up to me on some "i heard about you, give me some dick" type of shit.. was eye opening to say the least

And i actually thought working in the stockroom was kinda cool because nigga didnt have to interact with the customers (at most they asked what isle is such and such on) when they saw u on the floor.. and u was less likely to be asked to go grab carts..it was cool gig for a nigga at the time.. cant remember what the pay was like though.. probably shit
