When I first jumped on this, I was only 12 ...... it belonged to my older cousin. He didn't have any gas or gas money. He saw me and asked what was I up to .... told him my pops just gave me $5 and I was going to the pizza shop to play video games ....... My cousin was like, "Yo, if you let me get $3, i'll let you ride around the parking lot for a minute?!" I took that deal with the quickness and soon as I got on .... "This is the throttle & these are the brakes?! Got it!" I was through the parking lot and heading down the street! My cousin was mad, until the next time he needed some gas money.

The same cousin bought this the next summer ....... had to give up $10 for a ride ...... only got to ride that bike twice ....

Don't know what got into my moms but, when I was 15, she pulled up on one of these ....... Straight up told me I couldn't ride. So, while she was standing off to the side talking to one of her friends and left this joint running ...... I jacked her for her shit! lol Blasted down the side walk and jumped that bitch off a curb! Moms was so pissed when I got back, I saw her waiting with her knife out! I stopped about half a block away, jumped off and ran away to my grandmoms house for the rest of the weekend! lol Come to find out, she was gonna give it to me when I got my license but since I "was a dumbass" she sold it at the end of the summer.

At 17, I almost killed myself trying to jump a creek on this 80

Took the 3 day course on this ....... almost caught the automatic fail for not listening to the instructor. Had that bish up in 4th gear passing fools like we was racing .......

This was my first official bike that I owned .... a '98 GSXR-750 that I bought used in '99 ...... I crashed it up a few times getting outta control and trying to stunt ......

Sold the '98 in 2001 & bought this bad boy brand new right out the crate in '02 .... GSXR-1000

WAAAAAY too much power for NYC, but it was perfect for the wide open roads out her in AZ.

Man the 80's, I remember those first 2 bikes lol

This thang aint no joke @Cain. I sold my 600 a few years ago so I had to get comfortable on a bike again. Not only that but I took a major step up in horse power and performance. Im just finishing my break in period and im going to get my 600 mile inspection this weekend. I havent opened it all the way up yet but this mothafucka is for real bruh. This mothafucka aint playing.

You ever laid down a 1000 @Cain ?

Almost @skpjr78 that shit made a nigga rethink life lol. I did lay my 750 down tho luckily I wasn't going that fast. Was coming to a intersection making a right and hit some damn loose gravel making the turn smh. My front tire caught it and slipped and tossed a nigga smh lol. I was more embarrassed than anything cause I had just bought that bitch lol.

Damn. At least it happened at low speed. That reminds me. I need to put my frame sliders on. Cant let my shit get fucked up. I'll do that this weekend

Eventually im gonna put another pipe on mine. I like the two brothers joint. I'll probably get that some time this summer.

I considered getting an automatic bike...yea or nay?

what is an automatic bike?

No clutch

Im a sport bike guy so I don't know anything about them. An automatic bike in my mind is like an automatic sports car. They should all be burned and destroyed as quickly as possible.

Aren't some cruisers automatic? I can see big bikes being automatic. All I know is sport bikes so the idea of an automatic bike is totally foreign to me.

I sold my Fireblade about 6months ago and got a Harley '48'... I sold the Fireblade as I hardly rode it TBH and it was a mission getting all the leathers on etc, it was sad to see it go, but without ridding for months at a time then getting on it was abit dangerous, the power can catch you out if your not regularly riding it...

I bought my first Harley instead though, a 'Forty Eight', which is by far the most beautiful bike Ive ever had!!! Its a nice chilled LOUD ride haha we finally had some nice weather over here this week, so after having it for moooooonths I finally got to give it a good spin...

Gone

Harley 48...

damn that blade was nice bruh

Yeah it was shame to see it go, but end of the day imo its just plastic with a rocket underneath haha Visually I can stare at the Forty Eight all day long, there is so much to look at in person its like art... No doubt the speed and mechanics for the blade was crazy though...
