When you have Crip and Blood Sets in LA and across America that actually have fully white members in some sets that grew up in their hood but allowed them to be members

It just doesn't add up logically how people on the IC can be so insecure and uncomfortable about a White Artist Rapping about his life struggles that are the same experiences poor blacks like him go through

We talking about a dude that had a best friend from child hood and actually was raised by a black women in his teens too

A person that grew up in Detroit in predominantly black hoods

Hold up.

You just said Emenim was "raised by a black woman in his teens"....so explain why he made racist rap songs aimed at Black women in his teens.

After you answer that answer me this: why should a Black man in America care about the struggles and experiences of a white man when I have my own Black brother who shares the same struggle as me.

Exactly.

We experience trials and tribulations on a community level, and a global level, Emenim is not exclusive to suffering or poverty and ^^^^he is NOT the spokesman for the underclass here in America!

I don't mind people over-hyping his music or his status in HipHop because Im familiar with Elvis but let's not act like he is the symbol of poverty and oppression in America...that shit is just disrespectful.

Ok aside from 2pac Shakur

Name me another Black Rapper that experienced all the things Eminem did like

Growing up in the hood in Section 8 housing, growing up up with an unemployed mother, growing up in a single parent home with out a father, growing up being a parent at 21, growing up working a minimum wage job to feed his daughter wife, brother and mother, having to raise his brother and provide for him and be a father to him, losing his uncle, having a mother that was a drug addict, having no education, having a mother that had him when she was only 15 years old

Keeping in mind even 2pac had opportuniies himself that Em never like Performing Arts school

I respect that you are honest about it for that even the biggest Em fan can respect your honesty and it coming down to the fact just cos Em is white

i have nothing against eminem, dude is pretty talented when he tries. there are a few songs i like. its funny as good as Em is or can be i only have like a few of his songs. i think its the way he goes about it. he may have went through those things but that doesnt mean i can relate to it. i can't relate to wanting to kill my mom or whatever other crazy stuff he says.

i didnt learn about all the racist stuff he has til i got on here so that kinda took my opinion on him back

Eminem has never made 1 Song about killing his mother outta over what 200 Song's or so

He has only ever made 1 Song about his mother his entire career 'Cleaning Out My Closet'' and in that Song does not say he wants to kill her once

If you listened to it he Rap's about her neglecting him and being a drug user in the Song to make false statements that he said he wanna killer her is stupid bro

We not talking about relating to THe Slim Shady Alter Ego here which are Songs in the minority

We talking about relating to Eminem which in the majority are Songs about struggles like Poverty, Parenting, Providing for his daughter, growing up with no father, Politics, Drug addiction etc

See clowns always mention the Slim Shady character when hating on Em but ignore the majority of his real life Deep/Introspective/Emotinal Songs

Hey dude heres a fucking simple concept skip My Name Is but listen to Rock Bottom

Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh never heard of that concept?

But where is the rule saying a person can not listen to different Rappers? same way you can listen to 2pac and Nas you can still bump Eminem's positive Songs

Ignore the Shock Value Songs which are in the minority and bump the real Deep Songs speaking on real life which are the majority

Listen to Mockingbird, Till I Collapse, Rock Bottom, Beaurtiful and ignore Insane, Bad Meets Evil, My Name Is etc

I simply listen to Em cos his Music is powerful and for the package of real life relatable Lyrics, dope Hooks, dope Flow and great Production

Em is not from ya culture as far as African but he from ya enviroment

Simply listen to The Eminem Show and Recovery from start to finish where every Song on them Albums is Introspective, Lyrical Content, Emotinal about life experiences you been through

And just play those Introspective Songs like Rock Bottom, If I Had, The Way I Am, Mockingbird, Beautiful etc from the other Albums while skipping the Shock Value

Simple logic H Rap

he said he hopes "she fuckin burns in hell for that shit"

same thing to me as killing is wishing death on someone. just because we dont share the same views doesn't make me stupid. thats what you fail to realize. you are the most contradicting poster on this site.

what you are saying is its ok for him to say the things in his alter ego which is "slim shady" bc it doesnt have any direct relation to eminem which is the real him? thats dumb as hell he still says it

You simply play these Introspective/Emotional/Heart felt/Persnal Songs and any others i missed out about Subjects covering Growing up in the hood, Parenting loving ya child, trouble with the law, dissing a corrupt goverment and politics, over coming drug addiction, baby mother drama etc

And simply don't listen to the Slim Shady Alter Ego Songs

That motherfucking simple lol

People have different tastes based on their personal preferences.

You might like to discuss HipHop & Rap and other people might want to discuss H-rap, depending on sexual preference and specific interest.

I might record black books and e-books and you might record bi-vocals and hair-bangs.

I have no doubt that Emenim makes powerful music for his people but you have to understand that people from different backgrounds tend to gravitate towards familiarity. This fact docent take anything away from Emenims music it just explains why Death-metal and Goth isn't as popular amongst us Black folks as Neo-Soul and Gospel.

Not rocket science now is Mr H Raps of this world is it????

Common sense simple logic

I'm masterful, I got the dim-witted aliases thinking I'm different people. That's power over the weak.

Call me the puppet-master, I can make the weak turn an Emenim thread into a thread dedicated to my existence....the people who worship me the hardest are the ones that I ignore the most. This is not rocket-science this is a masterful display of the power of words and Emenim docent have that power.

You might dedicate a thread to Emenim but I have posters dedicating videos to ME....you dedicate posts to Emenim but grown men dedicate their posts to ME. You type the name "Emenim" but the name "H-rap" has been posted in this thread just as many times. :)

However, you are a female and your crush is understandable, so how do you explain the so-called men who crush on Me? I'm GOD.

.....you should believe in me instead of Emenim because my groupies cross racial and sexual lines unlike your hero who has the white female demographic on lock.....Hallelujah.
