It's actually not that hard to get a chick pregnant after getting snipped if you're a dumbass that doesn't listen. When you go through the procedure, they tell you to hold off on having unprotected sex for like 6-10 weeks because the sperm that were already in the tract could live for about that long. So if you shooting up the club at 2 weeks, there is a good chance you could get a chick pregnant.

That said, there is a much rare case where the shit just grows back together. In that case, you're back to being fertile, but the procedure basically lowers your sperm count so the likelihood of you getting a female pregnant is lowered.

That's what I was told, and you have to get that up out of you too. Then you go back to the doctor and shoot in a cup and they analyze it and then tell you if you good to go or not.
