we've had this conversation before, but i dont feel like the responsibility for having protection rests with one party. If the decision to have unprotected sex is agreed upon by both parties, then they both have to be ready for the consequences.

Who says they're not? It's a lot easier to take care of one child than 10. They have the children, they're holding him financially responsible, and as long as he does his fatherly part all responsibilities can be met.

It's actually not that hard to get a chick pregnant after getting snipped if you're a dumbass that doesn't listen. When you go through the procedure, they tell you to hold off on having unprotected sex for like 6-10 weeks because the sperm that were already in the tract could live for about that long. So if you shooting up the club at 2 weeks, there is a good chance you could get a chick pregnant.
