It's just bad for his brand. Nothing he will drop will satisfy people cuz of the expectation that has built up over the years. That's the same shit i used to say about Detox years & years ago.

TBH, I thought that The Love Below was innovative and ground-breaking. I hope that 3000 continues to explore and create music that doesn't have label. He is ill as a traditional rapper, but there are a a bunch of traditional rappers, but there is only one 3000.

Less than 24 hours after buzz about elusive rap star Andre 3000's comeback plans surfaced online, Three Stacks has already responded to the growing hype.

According to 3000's representative, his long-awaited solo LP is not yet penciled in.

3000, unlike is his 'Kast mate Big Boi, has not released a solo album. Since Outkast's 2006 soundrack album for "Idlewild," Andre has only rapped sporadically as a featured guest on songs like Beyonce's "Party" and Drake's "The Real Her." But not so fast, 3K fans.

True as Stephen G. Hill's ATLien encounter may be, nothing's set in stone. Billboard reached out to Andre's publicist, who says nothing is for certain on the album front. "Regarding reports of a specific plan to release an album in early 2014," the rep says, "There is no official confirmation on that report."
