I never really trusted those sites

I am a nurse. Then motherfuckers own my fingerprints and everything already, so unless someone intends to live a life of crime, then I don't see what's to worry about.

The innocent and the guilty both go to prison. It has nothing to do with the type of life a person maybe living.

I'm just of the belief that nobody needs to have that info on me just cause. My prints are on file cause I have a top secret clearance.

Once your test results are done why do they need to keep your results and whatever else DNA wise on file? It has no value and/or shouldn't be of use to them and IMO they have no real beneficial reason to keep it but they do. WHY?

Maybe jono just thinks it is Important to live in the now and be who he is and not give a fuck about what % of him comes from where?

Bitch I can't believe your racist ass is a nurse, you're in a caring profession and hate whites.

No idea why your husband wants to stick with you, does he know you spend your spare time spanking yourself on camera to get some desperate attention?

I took my first DNA test around 2005 with the national geographic, and took another one around 2008 I believe with familytree, and in 2010 I took one with 23andme, which is perhaps the best DNA testing company as you can download your raw data, and see who you are sharing with genetically. Which I prefer to do as I can look at my data and compare it to African populations in peer reviewed medical journals, that most of these companies don't have. They are very limited in regard to their African samples.

My mother is Creole from southern Louisiana and my father is from Eritrea; from the Beja tribe; his family is originally from Egypt though (Upper Egypt, Aswan to be more specific). Even though I always knew who I was based on my ancestry; taking a DNA test in a way sort of confirmed why I look the way I look, as most people during my life have questioned me on who I am. Most think I'm half Black-half Arab due to my nose, and my hair; thus not having the text book features of what Black people in the new world should have.

65% African, 35% EurAsian.

So I have an update for you guys.

I found out from my aunt that...

My maternal grandfather is NOT my mother's biological dad.

So everything I thought I knew was a LIE.

Apparently my grandma says my mom's father was some black carribean guy from roatan who spoke English well. That's all.

Apparently my mom thinks my grandma is lying and my mom thinks her real father is connected to a boy here in florida who she thinks is her nephew. So my mom is now thinking of taking the dna test and having her potential nephew take the test to see if there's a match in DNA.

And apparently my aunt and father are second cousins! What the hell!

I can't even process all of this right now.

This is some real life maury shit and we gon get to the bottom of it.

And before to you nig nogs say anything, my mom and my father are NOT related biologically lol.. at least I hope not... since I have a mystery maternal grandfather.

My mom did hers recently and she was 33% European ( a mix of a lot of different places can't remember which place was the highest) and the rest Asian and African. For the African I believe the highest percentage was from Mali something like 20%. I thought it was very interesting. Another aunt and uncle on my moms side had DNA test done too and they have even more European than my mom...they are like almost 40%. How is that even possible? Its weird but very interesting. My mom has been obsessed with Mali ever since. It is really good to have some idea of where you came from.

The good news is that I could possibly have a grandfather that's still alive!! Both were presumed dead.. but that may not be the case :)

So basically your not a black latina, but a straight up black?

That is good news, your chance of having europeon DNA has decreased

I've always been straight up black though lol. I'm a black hispanic. I don't see how people can't grasp such a simple concept lol

There's race and then there's ethnic cultural background.

One of my black pt's heard me speaking Spanish to my coworker and was like "omg! I thought you would just black".

I'm like..... "I am black". "I am Hispanic too". She looked at me like I was crazy and I was like....

"You can be both".

And kid you not... her reaction:

But you are possibly right about the less European DNA thing.

I just wish I knew who my grandfather is so I could expand my family tree.

you might be an a white/black american now but 1000 years ago your ancestor was mr.Wang, eating mie and getting high enroute the silkroad lol
