Playing devils advocate, Amy Shumar is to the white female demographic. What Chris Rock is to the male, ages let's say 30 to 55 demo.

So she should get Chris Rock money due to the size of their current demographic being the same. And that's more of an indictment on Chris's stand up comedy work ethic of the past 6 to 8 years.

So if all things are equal, her and Chris should get an equal 15, with Chris getting more on the back end based off the performance of his work given his past being so consistent for many years.

So his back end should be more than her front end, and that's were things have the right to be unequal.

So Dave, Dave has the same size demo of woman of all races, and a way larger male demo than her. A way larger overall demo than Chris, and he's the hottest in the game, even with the success of Kevin Hart.

So if anything, he's underpaid and should be a good double what they are about to get. But that's an indictment on what Dave was able to negotiate.
