this whole thread is hilarious but I'd say that biggie fallen out with puff anywhere close to around the time of his death would be unlikely as biggie would be enjoying high level of success with BadBoy. Eventually tho there would be money and contractual issues and Big would have left and signed with Rocafella.

I believe BIG was already talking about starting his own imprint and signing artists. So it's not hard to believe he would've left after another couple albums.

So I'd suspect, he'd have made more songs like what they were doing in the late-90's and early-2000's, and then once the middle of the last decade rolled around and the sounds started becoming more eclectic (into what they are today), we'd get a bunch of heavily gogo-infused music, with faster rapping.

Yeah, they would have fallen out after L.A.D. no doubt. In fact you can see it coming in some interviews. Big saying how "Puff wants to be as big as MC Hammer and shit", he knew Puff was/is a limelight whore. And with all the "Black Album" (See Jay did not only bite BIG's rhymes but tried to bite a whole concept) talk he was going with, releasing an album with no videos/singles or press promotion I would say it would have come down to that cause Puff's bitch made.
