name one Classic hiphop album Timbo has under his belt as a producer......excluding Missy.....bubba sparxx deliverance was highly slept on but it wasn't a classic. His knock is he's never crafted a classic rap album or even a great one. I'm a big Timbo fan.....he's mad some of the biggest singles ever.....just not some of the biggest albums hiphop wise outside of Missy...

He's an innovator and probably one of if not the most influential producer ever......he just doesnt have that defining across the board hiphop classic.....

i understand that timbo has more hits and classics under his belt but i enjoy listening to kanye's production more, especially over these last couple of years

I think a spin off comparing hits and artists worked with should be made for Timbaland Kanye and Dre, so thAt timbos overall hitmaking ability can be demonstrated...

You gotta be more specific with these comparison threads. Are you talking about production, beatmaking, rapping, what??

Here's my breakdown:

Rapping: Kanye. He's no beast on the mic, but I still think Kanye can out rap Timbo. And i've heard pretty much all his stuff since Indecent Proposal.

Production: He's broken artists, pioneered new sounds and paved the way for a lot of other beatmakers. I don't think the same can really be said for Kanye.

Beats: Kanye: I like 99% of Kanye's beats. Timbo's got a lot of hot ones too, but a lot of them are garbage.
