It used to be that way but out here in atlanta they started making them serve their sentence and then go to a federal immigration prison before being deported. They used to catch em and send them to the fed immigration prison to await deportation then they would get home and be free. Oh I know see in Chicago there is black/mexican tensions, but alot of the gangs here are mixed with everything. You can have a set of a latin gang that has 90 percent all black members. The Latin Kings were started by puerto ricans, which is chicago share alot of the same neighborhoods. But as the Kings grew over the decades they are now mostly mexican. And the mexicans hate PRs and blacks. thats why we have a bunch of smaller mexican gangs like La Raza, Two-Six, Gangster Party People, Bishops, Ambrose ETC. Most big time criminals/thugs/whatever you want to call them make their money off of drugs. Most of the drugs that come into the U.S. now is run through Mexico. Now that Mexicans have a very strong population pretty much everywhere, they are in a position to cut out the middle man. There isn't really much blacks or anyone else can do in that regard.
