COMICS: The Original THOR Gets A New Look (And Haircut) In Latest Marvel NOW! Teaser Image

The current Thor is Jane Foster, while the original God of Thunder has been missing since the events of Secret Wars. However, he'll make his return soon enough, albeit with a drastic new look...

It's been quite some time since Thor was deemed unworthy to wield Mjolnir, and with Jane Foster currently serving in the role, there's actually been no sign of the original God of Thunder since the events of Secret Wars wrapped up. However, he's clearly going to return for this Fall's big Marvel NOW! initiative, but don't expect to see Thor Odinson (as he's now known) serving in his original capacity.

As you can see from the image below by artist Mike Deodato, Thor is wielding Jarnbjorn and still has his metal arm after losing it to Malekith a while back. He also has a very diferent type of costume and a much shorter haircut. The latter is something we're reportedly going to see in Thor: Ragnarok, but chances are that this is little more than a coincidence. Tell us, what do you think of Thor's new look?

Ultimates was flames, blue Marvel and spectrum romance is cool, wish they would've shown more of the Thanos fight but it was still a dope book

It is a powerhouse team though, and he was ambushed.

Almost everyone wants Richard Rider back, and hopefully not ruined like Star Lord. But they LOVE Sam. I don't know why Marvel refuses to use certain things. The entire Nova Corps should've been at least explained by now. They've crippled the Kree and the Skrulls. SWORD is gone for the simple fact of making Carol "IMPORTANT". Seems everyone is getting replaced.

We still haven't gotten the promised Gamorra or the Blade book.

At least we FINALLY will find out what happened to Cyclops, and probably Thor (after about 2 years).
