I know im in the minority when i say this but im over the movies/tv movies about 90s hip hop. Its getting to the point where i think white executives sit in meetings rubbing their hands together talkin bout " yeah its about that time to release another movie about _____ and make some $ off them. Niggas gonna eat that shit up".

2Pacs story is redundant as fuck, even if u arent a fan, u still are prolly familiar with his life/career. Its so many other black stories that can be told on the big screen. I prolly will not watch this movie.

The fatherless will come out of the theater thinking Pac was baby Jesus when they see this movie. The Reason will be full of Pac shrines and offerings smh.

I agree with the bold. There way more movies that need to be out on screen for our people to see and digest. Like a Black Wall Street

interesting POV

i've tried to find some books on BWS and there are like less than 5 that seem to be credible books to read.

in my defense i did a half assed amazon search but if you have some info, i would like to be put on

@cain

I'll be watching this movie at 7pm. I don't have high hopes for this movie. Also considering that I'm from the era when PAC started to when he died, I'll be looking for the inconsistencies just like I did with Straight Outta Compton.

That's another reason I can't watch these biopics.

Never watched the NWA one cause I knew nothing could match actually being a spectator for that shit in real life which as a fan I was.

Notorious pissed me off with the way they watered down or overlooked shit. Can't even imagine how this will turn out being that Pac is a complex subject.

Frankly these movies are not for us who grew up on 80s or 90s rap and hip hop culture. It's for the youngins who never knew these artists and for white folks.

I'm a huge Pac fan but I'm probably not gonna go see this.

I saw Tupac: Ressurection. It's his story in his own words. Good enough for me.

This movie here can only disappoint me and it'll force me to diss Tupac to his stans because of the things that'll get glossed over. And as an adult I've learned there are two things you just cant argue with niggas about: Tupac and Jesus

So I'm not even gonna put myself in that position.
