I'm not looking at the stats...I actually watched the games.....you mean to tell me that the Knicks and Pistons and Pacers played soft Defense back in the 90's?...This was before the league softened up and allowed ZONE DEFENSE...you had to play cats one-on-one...and they let you hand check back then

That team was better. Ben wallace is an all time great defender and rebounder, better than all bad boy's big men combined. Not to mention they had rasheed who is better than all bad boys big men.

That kid was born in 1995. He got no memories of that detroit piston team. All he witness was Celtic of 2008 an Detroit of 2004. He clearly saying that Detroit 2004 an Celtic 2008 is the greatest teams all time. Don't be surprise if dude have a team nikki poster on his locker

No they wouldn't have. Billups in his prime was a good defender, a big guard, he would have been able to make it very hard on isiah to score. Rip was a good defender, dumars wouldn't have done much, don't forget tayshaun would have shut anybody on that team down. Lol @ lambeer against ben wallace, when wallace was guarding shaq one on one, please slap yourself.

Dumb poster post willing to bet he can't name one early 90s All NBA defense team without using wikipedia or basketball reference website.

Your asking posters for their age yet you making ridiculous shock statements based off an opinion. Rodman was not mentioned anywhere in my post so name me the 92 All NBA defensive team I'm still waiting for the line up? Your allowed to use wikipedia and b-ball reference site this time.

Name me the PG in the 90s who averaged 20 points 10 assists and also shot 50% from the field for two consecutive seasons?

78' Jordan

LOL @ 80's Piston not being the best Piston team ever. Ben Wallace was a fleeting moment in time player. Left Detriot and got lost in the system.
