album popped up in my itunes today and i gave it a listen for the first time - great record really...i hated on it and never listened to it because i was pissed nas didnt deliver a hiphop album but some hippy bs, but turned out that the album is actually fire

"africa must wake up" my fav track after first listen

Fantastic and they went the right way with the production. Damian's lyrics and harmonies are on point and while Nas is totally out of his element he still brings unparalleled flows and lyrics.

The flow on Nas spit on Despair is GODLY. Excellent album. Best Nas side project to date.

Never had high expectations for this album to begin with, and with that said....DR was nothing worth talking about and overall was a 2.5 out of 5

Only tracks I liked were "Nah Mean", "Africa must wake up", and "Count your blessings"....other than that, an odd collaboration with shitty results
