Stop posting. i wont even dignify that with a lengthy response
It is over...you just don't want to believe it.
College-educated black men, especially, have struggled relative to their white counterparts in this downturn, according to figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The unemployment rate for black male college graduates 25 and older in 2009 has been nearly twice that of white male college graduates — 8.4 percent compared with 4.4 percent.

Oh that was 2009, it's over when? Yesterday?
Lots of progress as been made, I wouldn't deny that - ain't as bad as my parents generation who felt more overt but there's some ways to go. If you want to talk about self sabotage, then I nothing to say but I agree.

Your kinda making my point for me. The Stop and Frisk, the loans all would have been swept under the rug before I would say even 2000. But at this point the fact that the Mortgage company has to pay that fine, McCarron's mom had to delete that tweet, also that survey if you go back just 5 years the gap would be much larger. Just try saying the word "nigger" or even "nigga" on national TV and see what happens to you. They can't do it in a overt fashion in a public venue anymore. The backlash is too harsh.
Thats why I said they aren't "ALLOWED" to be racist...doesnt mean they aren't. They have to find another way to do it. McCarron's mom can't tweet out "That niggra aint shit, my son is better" so she has to dig at him in another fashion. She can't attack his athletic ability, she can't attack his accomplishments, because Winston's are above reproach. So she has to resort to "covert" racsim.
