I agree with the Op and all add my own bit.
I usually define Agnostic as someone "who believes but does not know". Under that definition, I think most people could be defined as some sort of agnostic. A theist "believes in god, but does not know" with absolute certainty that god exists. Likewise, an Atheist "believes there is no god, but does not know" that god does not exist. They're all basically Agnostic Atheist or Agnostic Theists.
